This website is operated by Reggae Tahiti. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Reggae Tahiti.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our products are designed by Reggae Tahiti and printed and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. Online Store Terms

All Reggae Tahiti products are made to order and printed by our fulfillment partner Printful.
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
- Limit quantities per order or per customer
- Cancel orders if necessary
4. Orders and Cancellations
By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product under these Terms.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started, as all products are made to order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may change at any time without notice.
Prices do not include:
- Shipping fees
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are printed and shipped by Printful from their fulfillment centers.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping address
- Events outside our control
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided
- Unclaimed packages
We only replace or refund items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with photos and order details.
8. Size Guide Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking the size guide before placing an order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, graphics, images, text, and branding, is the property of Reggae Tahiti and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify, and our products are printed and fulfilled by Printful.
By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify and Printful are third-party service providers and are not responsible for the products sold, customer service, or transactions between you and Reggae Tahiti.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reggae Tahiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
