Return & Refund Policy (Printful – Print on Demand)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind, as all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printful.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To report an issue, please email us at contact@reggaetahiti.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Returns
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages
Please make sure to check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
European Union – 14 day cooling off period
If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, only if the item has not been produced yet.
Since our products are made to order, once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
